Let's dive into some of these features in more depth.
Checkout Pages
SamCart has 18 professionally designed templates, which have been designed to convert. So you won’t have to waste your time trying to figure out what to put where.
All of the templates have testimonials, guarantees, and security reassurances built in to them, which reassures customers. The pages are also fully mobile responsive.
Simply choose your template, then you can customize the header, footer, buttons colors. Select the fields that you want to include and add custom bullet points to describe the product.
Affiliate Center
SamCart incorporates an Affiliate Center, so you can easily allow other people to promote your products for you. They create an Affiliate Signup page for you. Potential affiliates complete the application. Then their account is shown as “pending approval” and you get notified via email. You can then accept or reject them or you can also set all affiliates to be auto accepted. It’s up to you!
The default affiliate commission is set to 50%. However, you can customize this if you choose and either pay a fixed value or a percentage on each sale.
Cross Selling Bumps
Making it possible for people to add additional products to their cart. Which can increase the cart value significantly. You can offer these additional products as a specially discounted rate to encourage people to add them.
Sandbox
The “Sandbox” mode lets you test your customer facing pages to ensure everything works, before you make them ‘live’. You can even test payments, without your account being charged and the sale being included in your stats.
One-Click Up sells
Up selling helps you increase your average order value. SamCart state that you can ‘Make 3X or more on every sale by offering an upgrade or option to buy another more expensive product’.
All the customer has to do is to click one single button and buy your offer. Customers who take you up on your one-click up sells increase their average customer value by on average 68.1%. Definitely worth testing in your own business.
One-Page Checkout
This is a fabulous feature. It gives you the flexibility to offer several different payment options on one single checkout page. For example, you could offer a payment in full, 3 payments or 6 payments.
A/B Testing
You can run live split tests to help you increase your conversions. Test any variation you want; the template, a different number of fields, different guarantees, etc.
Simply create the variations and SamCart will do the rest. Testing them and sharing the results in the A/B Test section. All you have to do is to select the winner and stop using the poorer performer.
Subscription Saver
Not everyone pays their bills. As business owners we can lose significant money due to bounced and declined payments. If a payment fails, SamCart send an email to the customer. The email includes a link so the customer can update their payment details directly from their inbox. This is great, as if it is easy to do, people are more likely to do it.
After several emails, if the customer still doesn’t update their payment information, SamCart will automatically cancel their subscription. They label them as “delinquent” in your account, at which point you can then follow up if you choose.
Integration
There’s nothing worse than paying for a tool, then realising it doesn’t integrate with another important tool you use. You then need to add a third party tool like Zapier to make them play nicely. You won’t have that worry with SamCart, as it allows you to seamlessly integrate with so many tools. Email software, membership software, marketing automation, and payment processing, etc.
Here’s some of the major tools that SamCart integrates;
- Active Campaign
- AWeber
- ConstantContact
- ConvertKit
- Digital Access

- GetResponse
- HubSpot
- iContact
- InfusionSoft
- Kajabi

Synchronization with Email Marketing Software
SamCart integrates well to email marketing automations. For example, applying and even removing tags when people purchase a product or if they ask for a refund. These tags can then trigger specific sequences in your email software.
Tags can be added or removed on the following actions:
- On Purchase
- On Refund
- On Failed Payment
- On Payment Recovery
- On Subscription Cancel
You can also add tracking code to your checkout pages – your Facebook pixel, Google analytics pixel, or any other marketing automation pixel.
These pixels allow more sophisticated tracking and give you the ability to run retargeting ads.
Support & knowledge base
SamCart have a great training and support centre. Their support is very friendly and effective. However, it can take a little time to get a response. If you want to browse around the “Knowledge Base”, there are stacks of video and content to help you make the most of their tool.

The One Page Funnel
The fewer steps someone has to take in the buying process the better. A One-Page Funnel is a combination of your sales page and check out page.
